1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ckk platform, including all games, betting markets, account features, and financial transactions available at ckk.lv. By registering an account or using any part of the ckk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all players accessing ckk from the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, and all other locations nationwide. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).

ckk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2Account Eligibility Required

To register and maintain an active account at ckk, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. ckk strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will verify identity through KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Location: You must be physically located in and accessing the platform from the Philippines at the time of use.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active ckk account. Duplicate accounts belonging to the same person will be subject to suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion restriction currently in effect on the platform.

ckk may request identity documents at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3Account Rules

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ckk account credentials, including your password and OTP (one-time password) codes. ckk strongly advises against sharing account access with any third party.

• All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
• You must ensure that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth — is accurate and current.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another person.
• ckk uses OTP verification and SSL encryption to protect your account. You must enable OTP on your registered mobile number and not share received codes with anyone.

4Financial Terms Important

All financial transactions on the ckk platform — including account funding, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied to standard transactions.

Accepted withdrawal channels include Philippine bank transfer (via InstaPay and PESONet), online/mobile banking accounts at licensed Philippine banks, and local e-wallets (such as GCash and Maya where available). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as withdrawal channels on ckk.

• Withdrawal requests are processed by the ckk team and typically completed within the same business day, subject to review and the receiving institution's schedule.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts registered in the same name as your verified ckk account. Third-party transfers are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of request in your account dashboard.
• ckk reserves the right to request additional verification for high-value withdrawals before processing.
• Funds in your ckk balance that are linked to unsettled active bets are not available for withdrawal until those bets are settled.

5Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets on ckk are offered for entertainment purposes. Results are determined by the underlying game mechanics or real-world sporting outcomes as applicable. ckk does not manipulate game results.

• Sports Betting: All bets are final once confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation. In-play markets reflect real-time odds and may close or change rapidly.
• Live Casino: All live dealer game results are determined by real physical outcomes (cards, roulette wheel, etc.) streamed in real time. Results are binding once the round is declared complete.
• eBingo and Slots: Results are generated by certified random number generators or live draw systems as applicable to the product.
• Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Players are responsible for reviewing all bet details before confirming.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, ckk will apply its standard game interruption policy, which may involve voiding the affected round and returning the stake to the player's balance.

6Prohibited Conduct Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckk platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:

• Registering under a false identity or providing inaccurate personal information.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or exploits to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, fraud, or any form of cheating.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or to process funds from illegal sources.
• Accessing ckk using a VPN, proxy, or other method to disguise your actual location.
• Sharing or selling your account access to any third party.
• Exploiting any technical error, glitch, or pricing mistake discovered on the platform.

ckk cooperates with relevant authorities in investigating suspected fraudulent or illegal activity. Any funds determined to be associated with prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation.

7Responsible Gaming

ckk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Philippine players. The platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders and supports players in maintaining healthy gaming habits.

• Players are encouraged to set personal spending and time limits before engaging in any gaming activity.
• ckk provides self-exclusion and account management tools for players who wish to restrict or close their own access.
• Gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a financial strategy or source of income.

ckk will not accept wagers from individuals showing signs of problematic gambling behaviour and reserves the right to restrict accounts where such concerns are identified.

8Account Suspension & Closure

ckk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Attempted exploitation of system errors or promotional terms.
• At the player's own request (voluntary account closure).

Upon suspension or closure, ckk will settle any valid pending bets in accordance with standard procedures. Any remaining verified balance subject to no restriction will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered account, less any amounts forfeited due to Terms violations.

9Limitation of Liability

ckk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous uptime and accurate operation, ckk does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

• ckk is not liable for losses caused by network outages, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or device failures during gameplay.
• ckk is not responsible for delays in withdrawal processing caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider's own internal timelines or scheduled maintenance.
• ckk does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
• In all cases where ckk's liability is established, the maximum aggregate liability is limited to the account balance held at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits ckk's liability for fraud or intentional misconduct on the part of the platform itself.

10Changes to These Terms

ckk may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, where appropriate, players will be notified via their registered contact information.

Your continued use of the ckk platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure via [email protected].

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any disputes arising from use of the ckk platform are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
